Analysis example: Standard analysis method (proteolysis method)

Please select an analysis method for testing according to the purpose of the experiment. Commercially available buffers and derivative reagents can be used directly without preparation. The ninhydrin derivative reagent is unstable and generally needs to be stored in refrigerated, but the Hitachi amino acid analyzer only mixes the two solutions in real time before the derivation reaction, without refrigeration.
Up to 6 types of buffers can be used, and the column thermostat can also set up time gradient temperature control, so that users can flexibly create analysis methods.
