To continuously enhance customer service quality and strengthen the technical expertise of our support team, SIMPLAB has established a dedicated Hitachi Product Technology Division. This initiative lays a robust technical foundation for promoting and selling Hitachi analytical instruments. Recently, SIMPLAB’s Product Technology Department participated in an advanced application training program at Hitachi Science Instruments (Beijing). The training focused on core instrument technology systems, empowering our technical team through structured learning to deliver more precise and efficient application support to customers.

This intensive two-day program covered Hitachi’s core analytical instrument technologies. Day one centered on spectroscopy instruments, providing a systematic review of technical principles and key application modules for mainstream equipment. Day two delved into chromatography systems, analyzing performance advantages and solutions for complex application scenarios. Through a blend of theoretical study and hands-on practice, the team significantly strengthened their operational proficiency and solution design capabilities across diverse experimental environments.

As an official partner of Hitachi, SIMPLAB is committed to refining its technical service framework. Our product division now operates as a specialized team led by product managers and supported by engineers. This training not only upgraded our technical knowledge base but also established a direct collaboration channel with Hitachi’s headquarters. These advances solidify our capacity to deliver responsive, standardized customer support.
