2. Instrument installation:

1、Use four pairs M10 Hexagon bolts and M10 Hex nuts fix the three columns to the chassis；

2、Install the motor bracket into the upper slider installation hole；

3、Install the inverter box on the upper end of the long column and tighten the fixing screws；

4、Connect the plug on the motor to the socket under the inverter box. When connecting, you must align the position (align the concave grooves). Hold the back of the plug and push it in slightly hard. When you hear a "click", it means that it has been fixed. (When you need to unplug it, you should hold the pin ring on the front end of the plug to be unplugged).

5、Since the inverter is very current at the moment when the inverter is powered on, there is no power switch on the inverter box. It is best to install an AC contactor or an air switch in front of the power socket.

3. Instructions for use:

1、Before the stirrer is turned on, the knob on the inverter box should be adjusted counterclockwise to the minimum, and the motor switch should be in the off position.

2、After the stirrer is turned on, the frequency converter box will be displayed“ o”, Press the green button and the display is "0.0". (Press the red button to stop running )，Adjust the knob clockwise, and the motor rotates from slow to fast, and the display window displays the frequency.

3、The stirring rod must be clamped when installed on the chuck and pay attention to its coaxiality.

4、The switches on the inverter box are for backup, and this agitator is not used.

4. Things to note:

1、The power supply must be connected to a three-hole socket with protective grounding to ensure safety.

2、When plugging in or unplugging the motor, the power must be cut off.；

3、The mixer should be placed on a flat workbench；

4、The agitator operates for a long time at the lowest speed, and the motor is prone to heat up, so it is necessary to avoid working for a long time at low speeds as much as possible.

5、If the display window does not light after power is turned on, please check whether the fuse at the bottom of the inverter is broken, please replace it according to the original specifications.

6、This variable frequency electric agitator does not allow reversal.
