2. Instrument installation:

1、 Insert the pole into the base hole and tighten it M6 Tightening screws；

2、 Install the motor bracket into the upper slider installation hole；

3、 Put the electrical box on the top of the pole and tighten the fixing screws；

4、 Connect the plug on the motor to the socket under the inverter box. When connecting, you must align the position (align the concave grooves). Hold the back of the plug and push it in slightly. If you hear a "click", it means that it is locked.

5、 Plug in the power plug and turn on the power switch to adjust the knob to select the appropriate speed.

6、 Release the left and right knobs of the upper slider to adjust the up, down, front and rear positions of the motor, the middle slider can adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the bottle clip, and the lower slider can adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the tray.

7、 The diameter of the standard glass stirring rod is generally 6-6.5 cm， Insert into the chuck hole, tighten the chuck with both hands and you can use it. If the stirring rod is thin, you can add tape appropriately and then insert the chuck.

3. Instructions for use:

1、 After clamping the stirring rod, you must rotate it with your hands to see if the concentricity is not good, you should release the re-clip. After clamping it straight, turn on the power supply and gradually accelerate from slow to fast.

2、 If the stirring rod itself can be guided, a piece of rubber tube can be used to softly connect the stirring rod to the motor shaft to transmit torque.

3、 Motor housing temperature rise allow 45 ℃，That is, the temperature of the shell shall not exceed 75 in summer ℃It's normal. If the motor heats up more than 45 ℃，Most of the reasons are caused by overload, reducing the stirring rod flap and increasing the rotation speed can reduce the temperature rise. (The motor has the highest temperature rise at medium speed)

4、 The motor is overheated, and most of the load is caused by too heavy load. Please pay attention to the rotation diameter of the stirring rod wings. 40 W：4-6cm    60W：4-6cm   90W：6-9cm        When the liquid viscosity is high, the wings are appropriately reduced.

4. Things to note:

1、 The power supply must be connected to a three-hole socket with protective grounding to ensure safety.

2、 When plugging in or unplugging the seven-core motor, the power must be cut off.；

3、 The mixer should be placed on a flat workbench；

4、 The constant speed stirrer operates for a long time at the lowest speed, and the motor is prone to heat up, so it is necessary to avoid working at low speeds for a long time.

5、 If the indicator light does not light after power is turned on, please check whether the fuse at the bottom of the inverter is broken, please replace it according to the original specifications.
