The unique structure of the dispersed homogeneous working head ensures that the rotor of the working head has a high rotational linear speed under the high speed of the motor, which produces strong liquid shear force and severe high-frequency mechanical effects, which prompts the experimental fluid materials to shear and disperse each other through the rotor and the stator under the action of huge centrifugal force. The experimental materials are subjected to shear, tear and mixing up to tens of thousands of times per minute, thereby achieving dispersion and homogeneity.
