Maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of the brush, usually 6 left in the brush mm The left and right need to be replaced. When replacing the brush, the power must be cut off, the brush cover (1) must be removed, the remaining brushes must be extracted, and the new brushes must be inserted into the tube to move freely, preventing them from being rolled into the tube, causing large sparks or the motor to not run. The brush cover must be turned on.
If the motor does not operate during use, first check whether the power plug is firm, whether the wiring is off, whether the brush is in good contact, and still cannot operate normally after troubleshooting the above faults. Professional personnel need to be repaired. Please do not disassemble and assemble at will to avoid accidents.
The knife shaft should be cleaned in time after the work is completed for the next time. The knife shaft should be properly placed and cannot be touched.
The dispersion homogenization process should be carried out in the liquid, and it is strictly forbidden to idle away from the medium. This machine is not suitable for solid dispersion.
This machine must be placed in a clean and dry place to keep it clean and prevent moisture. The ambient temperature of use generally does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
