3、The rod head of the agate grinding rod is also a hemispherical surface in the strict sense. The center line of the grinding rod intersects with the center line of the mortar to reach a relatively suitable oblique angle. The grinding rod is extended into the mortar, and a compression spring is provided in the grinding rod, and the rod head is tightly attached to the bottom of the mortar under the action of the spring. The grinding rod is driven by a fast-speed reducer motor, which rotates similar to the conical trajectory of the cone body.

5、Due to the grinding movement formed by the agate mortar and the grinding rod, the grinding opportunities for solid particles are equal, and the particle size of the powder is very uniform. Grinding time is set according to needs and automated control is achieved. After a set reasonable period of time, the coarse particles are ground into very fine powder particles, and the particle size can reach the micron level, and some can reach the nano level.
