Product Application:
● Nitrogen blower is mainly used in the concentration preparation of large batches of samples, such as sample preparation in drug screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis. Working principle: By blowing nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is rapidly evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purpose of anaerobic concentration of the sample and keep the sample purer. Use a nitrogen blower instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration, which can concentrate dozens of samples at the same time, greatly shortening the sample preparation time and is time-saving, easy to operate and fast.

Main features:

● Each purge needle can be independently controlled, with 12 airway control switches, and does not waste gas.
● The heater allows the sample to be heated quickly and efficiently to the evaporation temperature, and the gas is blown to the surface of the solution through the gas needle to promote rapid evaporation of the solution and sample concentration.

● The entire working system consists of an adjustable gas chamber and a heater.

● The position of the gas needle in the air cavity can be changed to make it suitable for different test tubes. The standard gas needle length is 150 mm。
● The height of the air chamber can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent liquid level. When the toxic solvent is concentrated, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.
