Application scope:
Vacuum drying chambers are widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, agricultural scientific research, and environmental protection. They are used for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is especially suitable for rapid and efficient drying of drying heat-sensitive, easy to decompose, easy to oxidize substances and complex ingredient items.

Advantages of vacuum drying technology:
The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be removed, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances.；
For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or other granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time by using vacuum drying；
Various mechanical parts or other porous samples with complex structures are cleaned and vacuum drying is used, without leaving any residual substances after complete drying.；
Safer to use – completely eliminate the possibility of oxides in vacuum or inert conditions when explosive in heat；
Compared to ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by flowing air.

Features:
The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with electrostatic plastic spray on the surface and stainless steel material in the inner liner. The semi-circular four-corner design is more convenient for cleaning.；
The temperature control system adopts microcomputer microcontroller technology, and the LCD screen displays various parameters. The temperature control instrument has functions such as temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm.；
The elasticity of the box door can be adjusted arbitrarily by the user. The integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures high vacuum in the box.；
The studio is a rectangular structure, and the box door adopts tempered and bulletproof double-layer glass doors, so that the observation of the studio cultured items can be seen at a glance by users.；
It has the function of losing state data and saved parameter memory due to power outage and crashes, and incoming call recovery.

◆Partition heating:

The heating unit is evenly distributed under the load partition, and the heating efficiency is increased by more than 50%.；

Compared with set heating, heat energy loss has also been greatly reduced.；

In the case of small sample volume, part of the heating layer can be opened separately for better energy-saving applications.

◆Independent temperature control:

Multi-layer heating separator independent temperature control, directly displaying the temperature of each separator, improving the synchronization of multi-layer sample drying；

Under high vacuum conditions, the heat conduction efficiency is improved, the heat of the partition is more uniform, and the drying efficiency and drying uniformity of the sample are also greatly improved.
