GB5512-85） standard. This instrument is an ideal equipment for measuring fat in food, oil, feed and other industries. This instrument uses weight measurement method to determine fat content according to Soxhlet extraction principle. The fat is dissolved under an organic solvent, and the fat is separated from the solvent by extraction, and then dried, and the fat content is weighed and calculated. This instrument mainly consists of three parts: heating, soaking and extraction, solvent recovery and cooling. During operation, the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point and ambient temperature of the reagent, and the sample can be repeatedly soaked and extracted during the extraction process to achieve the purpose of rapid measurement.
