1. Main technical characteristics 

1、This instrument is a floor-standing structure, adopts laptop control technology, and uses temperature control PWM Modulation mode control, and at the same time: ⑴The temperature of water in the water tank is tested； ⑵Ambient temperature in the constant temperature box.  

2、The constant temperature box adopts external circulation heating method, with uniform temperature field and high temperature stability to ensure no overshoot.  

3、This instrument can be tested at 40 ℃～80℃,Wheel pressure is 0.7 MPa The rut test is carried out, the standard test time is 60 min。 

4、During the test, the time and displacement, time and temperature change curves are displayed at the same time, which is a special basis for practical research institutions that study the rut characteristics of asphalt mixtures.  

5、The temperature is collected by absolute temperature sensors, and there is no temperature drift for a long time (eliminating the impact of long-term temperature drift of general thermal power corner temperature sensors on experimental data).  

6、This instrument is a dual-wheel, scientific research rutting tester, and can perform water-soaked or non-soaked rutting tests of two test molds at the same time.
