This instrument is based on the industry standards of the People's Republic of China SH/T 0425-2003《 Petroleum asphalt wax content determination method and JTG E20-2011《 In the test procedures for asphalt and asphalt mixtures for highway engineering T0615- 2011《 Asphalt wax content test (Distillation method )》Designed and manufactured as specified. It is suitable for determining the wax content in petroleum asphalt, the wax content of petroleum asphalt produced by reduced pressure residue oil of natural crude oil, and the wax content of road petroleum asphalt. It is an ideal asphalt wax content testing instrument for petrochemical, construction, highway construction and other industries.  

1. Main technical characteristics 

1、This instrument uses cracking and distillation cold filtration to determine the wax content of the sample. The instrument is bench-type, with a compact structure, small space occupancy, modular suction filter dispenser and needle hanging assembly, and good human-computer interaction.  

2、The unique built-in vacuum pump design of this instrument solves the problem of difficulty in matching equipment with the instrument.  

3、The multi-layer plasma thermal film glass cavity observation window designed and used in this instrument has good thermal insulation performance, no exposure and frost, and excellent visual performance.  

4、The temperature controller of this instrument adopts a digital temperature controller with high accuracy, clear temperature display and convenient temperature control point settings, with high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling and simple operation.  

5、This instrument can perform three samples at the same time, and the test efficiency is high.
