SYD-0609 Type asphalt film oven (referred to as type 82 oven) is in accordance with the industry standards of the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011《 Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture in Highway Engineering T0609-2011《 Designed and produced by the Asphalt Film Heating Test, it is suitable for determining the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt film after heating. And as needed, the changes in the properties of the asphalt residue such as needle penetration, softening point, brittle point and ductility of the asphalt residue after heating are measured to evaluate the aging resistance of the asphalt.


1. Main technical characteristics
1、The outer body is made of thin steel plates, the upper half is a fully stainless steel studio equipped with double doors, and a glass window is installed in the center. The indoor lighting is installed so that the reading of the indoor thermometer can be easily observed from the outside while the measurement is in progress.
2、The heating device is installed at the bottom of the studio, and the air is heated by the natural air convection method, and the studio is heated evenly through the upper and lower air ducts and behind it.
3、The center of the studio is equipped with a turntable for placement of four asphalt sample dishes, which is driven by a motor and rotates at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.
4、The temperature control uses intelligent instruments to ensure that the test procedures are met. ℃±0.5℃。
