This instrument is based on the standards of the People's Republic of China GB/T4509《 Method for determining the degree of needle inlet of petroleum asphalt, industry standards of the People's Republic of China JTJ052《 In the test procedures for asphalt and asphalt mixtures for highway engineering T0604《 Designed and manufactured as required by the asphalt needle inlet test, it is suitable for testing of asphalt needle inlet under low temperature conditions. This instrument can also be used for the needle inspection of solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen materials and other materials, as well as the needle inspection of food raw materials such as cheese, sugar glue, butter, maiqilan, cream, fermented bodies under low temperature conditions, and can be widely used in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering and other industrial departments.

1. Main technical characteristics

1、This instrument consists of two parts: a digital needle inlet meter and a low temperature constant temperature water bath.

2、The needle inlet meter adopts a digital display, a constant temperature water bath, and a 2-speed needle inlet time control device.

3、A dedicated low-temperature cycling constant temperature water bath provides circulating constant temperature water into a glassware container on the needle inlet instrument working platform to create a preset, constant low-temperature environment required for the test sample.
