NDJ-8S The rotary viscometer, controlled by a microcontroller, is an intelligent instrument with data acquisition, processing and Chinese character display. The instrument controls the stepper motor to operate accurately and smoothly according to the set speed, and drives the rotor to rotate through the flying ribbon. When the rotor is not subjected to resistance, the rotor and the motor rotate in synchronization ； When the rotor is subject to the liquid resistance under test, the rotation of the rotor will lag behind the motor. When the tension of the hairspring and the liquid resistance reach equilibrium, the tension angle of the rotor lags behind the motor is fixed. By measuring the opening angle, the instrument calculates the viscosity of the liquid to be measured based on the set speed and the rotor and displays it on the liquid crystal screen. Compared with similar instruments, NDJ-8S The rotary viscometer is not only easy to operate, has stable speed, high measurement accuracy and wide operating voltage range, but also has automatic search function, that is, it can search and measure the rotor and speed required to measure unknown samples.
